I purchased this V70 almost 6 years ago and it’s been my daily driver ever since. It’s been extremely reliable and has had almost nothing wrong with it over all these years. Some of the upgrades were done by IPD in Portland when they used to do that sort of thing at their shop. The other upgrades were done by either me or my mechanic.
The vehicle is a SLEEPER; it’s very powerful and has a lot of pull. It does 0-60 in 6 second, but even then, the real power doesn’t open up until well after that. You’ll easily find yourself smoking new Corvettes down stretches of highway at over 145 MPH. Not that I recommend you do that sort of thing
It drives super smooth and has tons of room for hauling tools or family. Mechanically and electrically, I’ll give this one a 9, but cosmetically it would be a 6. It’s got fading clear coat and some dings here and there. The headliner is coming down. I’ve tried to take pics of most problem that I can find so there are no surprises. If you’re looking to have a performance sleeper that all you have to do is fix some cosmetic stuff, then this is the one for you.
