A few days ago I accidentally opened my sunroof (tilt a couple inches) before I pulled into my driveway. IT might have been a few degrees above freezing.
The next day I realize, and now it is cold and there is some snow that had snuck in.
Of course then i couldn't start my car but that is another story.
Fast Forward -- I wait a few days until warmer and try and thaw it the best I can.
But now it won't close right.
I am worried I f^%!ed it up.
And knowing me I keep messing with it when for all I know part of it is frozen.
Finally after another day many attempts later this is the best I got it. Insert Picture:
Granted before this it was crooked one said being an inch below or about easily seeing light where there should have been a seal!
Something tells me I should leave it alone; I can't even figure out how the thing doesn't leak to begin with unless there is some cleaver drip ring that collects water and redirects it somewhere else. Now with the back depressed below the roof line the front looks like there is a gap maybe but like I am saying it is hard to imagine a perfect seal to begin with bas3d on my observation of the design.
I am worried I am going to have unstoppable water dripping on my head for the rest of this car's life span.
Pardon my Manners thank you for your time...

I am sure you have considered this, but can you get the car inside where it is above freezing and melt the ice off the roof. There may also be ice in the drain channels and slides. This may be the only problem. Friends garage, rental workshop, enclosed parking garage?
