Map sensor question

Hello everyone, this might be a real dumb question, but is this tube on the MAP sensor supposed to be connected somewhere? I can't seem to find pictures of this map sensor on another 850 and its been driving me a bit mad.

My car is a '96 850 SE 2.5 10 valve.

It’s the Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor and so it needs connection to the manifold vacuum tree.

Oh my god thank you sir , this also explained why there's a line that's cut off at the vacuum tree, I've been trying to figure this out for a while.
