Volvo XC90 MY2009 BPM (Bluetooth Phone Module) integration

Post by efe09 »

hi all,
has anyone of you ever retrofitted an original BPM.
The Volvo workshop does not do it because this BPM was only from MY 2010 for XC90.
Does anyone of you have more experience on this topic?

After Install. You would need to get Yagger to do some reprogramming. He is in California buy if you have a DiCE unit and the two of you can setup a time he can do the programing over the internet.

Yagger might have a commercial customer in Germany that you can take it to.

I have a spare ICM from a 2012 '90. Knowing that year had BlueTooth as standard the software for it may be stored in the ICM (it could also be stored in the Amplifier though, I don't know.) If you want to PM me your address I'll send it over and you can give it a try. I have no use for it as I've already upgraded the ICM in my 2006.
If I paid attention to signs with little symbols I’d never find anywhere to park.
