Little rough idle 2.9 i6

Now it seems the idle is higher than suppose to be. Very low speed and idle makes just under 1100rpm. I'm shocked to see it idling higher.

Well done abscate for the catch. Glad it is running better. There may be a second issue with an air leak somewhere. Does the high idle continue once the engine is warm?

Perhaps there was some sort of 'breaking-in' after putting in the new spark plugs. This is my first time gapping. It seems there is no more 1100rpm but I'm going to start it tomorrow morn to see if that happens again. I still think there might be a misfire or something causing just a slight rough idle. What places should I check for air leaks?

It ran well for about half a day. Now the idle is around normal about 70-75% of the time. The rest of the time, it is sticking around 900-1000rpm. My CEL stayed off for quite some time after replacing plugs and getting it scanned for codes and deleting them. Yesterday, when I was on my way to Tulsa, it came back on. This morning I went back to NAPA and got it scanned. Code in pic below.
