Looking for VIDA DICE Software

I purchased a VCX Nano and it did not come with the applicable software. I am looking to acquire or purchase the correct software but am having trouble identifying a reputable source. Everything I have found online seems to take me to 5 year old posts or broken links.
Is there anyone that could suggest a better option than reselling this VCX Nano and buying another?

You missing VIDA or VCX Nano driver software?

The VIDA itself... The VCX Nano looked to install a DICE configuration app on my laptop when I plugged it in and had no issues popup (and no issues on Device Manager) while connected so I am assuming the driver installed properly.

Go here . Read pages 16, 6 & 1 in that order.

1. Use the instructions on page 16 to down load the VIDA 2014D_RePack using the Magnet Link.
2. Copy and print the install instructions on page 6.
3. Download the 2099 patch from page 1.

Install per instructions.
