When I push the car down and it starts to squeak then it should be the ball joint right?
Possible but unlikely the ball joint in my opinion if you're pushing down on the car. I would think a squeak type sound would be from a rubber to metal contact motion. Sway bar rubber bushing, possibly spring seat, control arm bushings or strut. Can you get a helper to push down repeatedly while you listen closely to better locate where the sound is coming from?

Ball joint is not a compression fitting, it works in rotation .
Up and down , it would be good if you could put the car on ramps and get underneath as someone presses the fender., you should be able to trace it if its noisy.. Don't try jackstands.
Shocks, spring seat, sway bar , end links.

To give you guys an idea of what i got.

Suspention overhaul summer 2019

IPD HD ball joints
IPD HD control arms
Lemforder inner and outer tie rods
Lemforder strut mount
Meyle HD sway bars
Meyle shots and struts (it was cheap leave me alone)
Rein strut bushing

My mechanic bets its just the ball joint after he heard it. Hell it does look rusted out. It's weired but the squeak is f***ing annoying at this point.

Its probably the sway bar bushings, my car did the same thing a couple years ago after a long salty road winter. The ball joints shouldn't make that noise, there will always be some grease.....even after water ingress. Most of your new front end parts are adequate albeit not best ( read OEM Volvo) I went down that road too once. Does the noise occur when you push up and down on the fender or turn the wheel? We need to know.

@Blacklab467

Loud squeal when turning the wheel to the right and a notiable groan when pushing down on the fender.

Why don't you jack it up and take the wheel and tie rod off the knuckle, then move the knuckle back and forth left and right and see if you can isolate the noise. It sounds like it might be spring seats or strut bearings possibly. What does the top of the strut look like.....its pretty obvious when the spring seat fails.

Took pics of it to find that the boot doesn't seem torn, but it seems to have gathered what seems to be rust. Don't know if it's something that can be cleaned or its just something that I have to replace. Thoughts? IPD HD ball joints
Outer tie rod balljoint in the pix looks fine to me. Unless someone says otherwise, blue ring indicates Lemförder.

Could it be that the steering rack causing the screech -- inner tie rod failing?

Top candidate is the spring seat. Check it by using a 21 mm wrench (or big pliers) on the top nut. If you can turn it, the spring seat is toast.
