So last year I bought a v70 XC AWD for $600 dollars and I really love this car and I have already gotten my moneys worth out of it. It's in really good shape except for not starting if I park facing down hill. So the easy fix is never park down hill. lol
I figure I could put a little more money into it to make it even better so any insight into why its hard starting, I've read that its something to do with the fuel pump which is a pain in the butt to replace unless I cut a door under the right rear passenger seat.
If someone could point me in the right direction about fixing that problem I would be most appreciative.
More urgently, and more recently, the radiator cracked so I am getting another one and I thought it might be a good idea to replace some hoses and clamps while I am replacing the radiator.
I found the Upper and Lower hoses in silicone and I was wondering what else I should do while I have the radiator out. I've read that the turbo coolant hoses need replaced and I am not sure exactly where they are at as this is the first turbo I have ever owned.
So what would you suggest I do with this new to me Volvo?
Other than that I am pretty happy with my Volvo and look forward to making it awesome....er.
