Vida CEM swapping

A mid-size luxury crossover SUV, the Volvo XC90 made its debut in 2002 at the Detroit Motor Show. Recognized for its safety, practicality, and comfort, the XC90 is a popular vehicle around the world. What chips did you use?

Looks like you are drawing power from Vusb. In the current schematic that is listed as an unknown. Can you confirm Vusb has significant power to run the assembly?

for CAN I use max3051 (3.3V), powered direct from teensy (max 250mA), https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/card10a_rev2_web.pdf
max3051 maximum current 70mA x 2 = 140mA (https://datasheets.maximintegrated.com/ ... AX3051.pdf)

USB 5V 500ma is standard.
Teensy 4.0 current is ~100ma.
~100ma + 140MA = ~250ma.
~ 50% of the minimum standard.
No risk of overloading the USB port or coming up short on power.

Is this intended for swapping CEM modules with used ones without dealer involvement?

A part of that, yes. We miss acloning software that pulls the flash and EEPROM from damaged CEM over CAN and writes it to the donor CEM.
