In this part of Kansas Phase 3 & 4 ( Age 16 -64, Severe medical risks and other medical risks) started simultaneous last Monday.

Kansas is prioritizing who get it first in terms of risk. There are 5 phases. I do not meet the criteria of the first 4 phases. Phase 5 has not started yet.
In short: it's not available to me yet.
If you look over the plan you will see priority is by two criterias. People most likely to become carriers. People most likely to develop severe symptoms. The Kansas plan Insures that people with deep pockets cannot buy their way to the front of the line. Unless they travel to a state that allows it. Public health prioritized over money.
