Volvo 850 upper tail lights

Curious to know if someone makes a kit so that the whole upper tail light is being used. Or if there’s way to get a bulb in the unused portion (see attachment) of the tail light and splice it into the brake lights.

This comment is tangential but re IPD's image in the top post: IPD means well in selling the most commonly available bulbs but 1156, 1157 are not factory spec. They will work but are not the best choices. It's not that much work to get the right bulbs.
