What's the part number for Oxford commas? Was Oxford the OEM?

Just use the Dollar store commas....they are just fine. And if you are short some ellipsis for spacing, cut the tails off the commas.

Cutting the tails off the Dollar Store commas goes really slowly with a Dremel. I'd like to use an angle grinder, but I need a proper literary device to hold them.

Just avoid the URO commas, they're the worst. They can't even hold a phrase without splitting.
