It seems the Rs tend to hold onto the grilles better than others. The center grille especially, since those attach to the bumper rather than the splash shield on the non-R models.
I didn't watch it hammer, but at $700 plus the fees it would be less than $1k out the door for a running R. Probably not a bad gamble.
The T5 I bought from them a couple years ago - back in Nearly Normal Time - was a lot cheaper, but in the no-run pile. Bought it blind for the motor, simple fuel line fix, and it's too nice to cut up. A very rare dose of good luck.

This poor thing is on the block tomorrow, probably only of interest for folks down Alabama way. Up to $275 now, plus the fees.

This one is still sitting at the in-house minimum scrap bid. Looks like it got pooched in the nose since I looked last. Pretty rare color. It obviously moves under its own power.

Even when these folks say there's a "Reserve", sometimes it can be lifted with a phone call from an enthusiast telling them its for personal use as opposed to a recycler.

On the block tomorrow, sitting at $600 for a while. The last V8 Capital sold last week went for over $3700 plus the fees. This one might be a bargain for somebody up North.
