Peel back a little tape. If you see a
Yellow/Red and a Brown, then it’s
a prewired connector for a security
system horn that your car wasn’t
shipped out with.
The black dummy plug with the metal
clip is there to waterproof and keep the
unused connector from flopping around.

Everything about it being a non installed security component makes sense. I found the plug hanging but there is no symptoms or non working components. The black dummy plug seems to have been welded to the firewall and broken off.

Too many pictures is never a bad thing - especially when they are clear and in focus.

Pretty easy. No turbo, aluminium torque rod mount ))
