Matt: I have a problem similar to other folks I\'ve seen on the internet. I have a 2004 Volvo XC90 in which the driver\'s door power window will not move (also no sound or clicking), the left hand mirror will not adjust, and the remote will not lock or unlock the driver\'s door. The fuse is good, the window will go up and down by feeding 12 VDC to the window motor, no obvious loose wires. According to various forum comments it appears to be the Driver\'s Door Module (DDM) (not my diagnoses). Assuming it is the DDM can you guys repair it? If so, what is the charge and will it retain it programming?
Finally, I have observed many used DDM modules on sale through Ebay and others. If I purchase a used module what numbers on the module must agree with mine in order to match? My sticker has 3 numbers in the following order from top to bottom: BP2THTVVB1, 0966017, 9401804. Also the key section has an 8-digit number 09193383 molded into the housing. I can find the 1st and 3rd number on the sticker on the internet and I can find the 8-digit number. I cannot find the 2nd number: 0966017 shown on the sticker. How do I order a used module that will retain the programming that goes with my car? Thanks for your help, I apologize for the long text.

While not directly related to your specific issue, it might be good to pull the rubber boot at the door interface to see if you have any compromised wires at the connector.
As far as the DDM, there is a PN "break" at chassis 134000 (last 6 of your VIN) so you'll probably need 30658146 for replacement with your MY04 vehicle. Pretty sure it'll work without additional programming, someone can correct if this assumption is wrong. If the vehicle chassis is >134000, the correct PN is 31334464.

Your chassis is 74626 (the 74,626th vehicle produced) so PN 30658146 would be the appropriate DDM for your vehicle.

I got the same problem that Mich had . A new Volvo OEM part is not avaliable, no mechanic can help, they are too busy, leave car for a week and we might get to it?
My DDM is Volvo 09193383, sticker reads : 1008 TVVB1, 0914089, 9401894
I bought a used one from a wreaking yard, put nothing worked, it did plug in fine. I thought of rigging a power wire and my own switch to get the bloody window to come down. Summertime driving I like the air flow.
Some say check the wiring, spray the connectors with electronic spray , did all that, same problem All other windows from the same controller go u and down, but not the driver's window.
Anybody got an answer? Thank you? Andrew
