Assistance with AC for 2017 XC90

Post by psmooner »

I have a 2017 XC90. The AC is not blowing cold. It was blowing cold on passenger side only for approx a month but now, no cold air through any of the air vents. Would love thoughts or guidance on how to address? Potential evaporator issue or software malfunction. It is hot in CA these days. Would love some help from this forum.

What is your mileage; are you out of Volvo warranty?

Thank you. I have tried Independent for other Volvo servicing needs. Will try Montclair Auto.

If it was a post-warranty purchase, then you want to service engine cooling system first.

I bought the car new. I must admit, I've been having a lot of issues with the XC90. Not a huge fan. Thank you for your advice.

Sorry to hear that, psmooner. If you have time, could you write a new topic in this 2016+ XC90 forum with a quick list of your Volvo's failings?
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!
