Just got a DiCE unit, have WIN10, how to proceed?

Hi all:

I just picked up a used DiCE unit that someone was selling locally. I have a WIN10 laptop (no DVD drive), and I would like to get VIDA set up. Can anyone point me to a download source and set-up instructions?

I have managed to download VIDA2014D_RePack and the 2014A-B-D-2099 patch file I have read about here. What are the next steps to get VIDA running?

I managed to get VIDA running and DiCE connected this afternoon using RickHaleParker's posts. Is there a getting started guide for VIDA around?

Im doing lots of reading and research myself on this topic. Im thinking of ordering it after I buy a laptop. I have a Throttle body i think is going out and id like to turn off my DRL's. How's it going for you so far with it?
