Many thanks to all who have contributed to this article / problem. The top and lower torque rod were replaced on my 2007 s80 3.2l Volvo but not the right upper engine mount and within three months of my purchase of the vehicle, the vibration / growling sound has increased and it looks like this must be the answer. I will give it a whirl and thanks again for all your informative information .. Vernon
