Passenger door not unlocking

Hi All, XC90 V8 AWD, 2005.
The passenger front door isn't always unlocking when I use the remote. Everything else is.
If I manually unlock it from inside, it will continue to work for a day or so, then stops again. Can't even hear it try until after the door has been manually unlocked. Any common issue that isn't the 150.00 lock assembly?

Contaminated grease, try flushing with a cleaner and re-lubing.

What kind of lube do you recommend? I have PTFE dry lube and white grease

Door actuator needs to be replaced or rare a ground problem? I took apart the actuator on my 03 S80 T6 and fixed the motor, greased and it's working fine. Not difficult but not easy either. Once you remove the door panel see if the actuator is similiar to another model that year (Youtube).

I used the white lithium grease on the door strike and lock area in the door besides the motor gear in the actuator assembly. You can also use the clear silicone grease. I have a tub of this as it is food grade so can work in plumbing but it is also good for spark plug wires or as any electrical grease.
