MAF and boost problems

Post by gmtgmt »

Hey

I have a 2002 V70 B5234T3/AW50/51SN
it keeps setting
ECM-6814 Turbocharger (TC) control. Signal too high and ECM-1300 Mass air flow (MAF) sensor. Flow too high.

The car blew an intercooler hose some time back.
it was replaced and these fault keepts coming after that
I have replaced the MAF with a genuien Volvo Unit, MAP sensor, TCV, Brandnew 16T turbo, OEM Plugs.
Presure tested all the charge pipes, replaced vacum lines, etc

they still return and the car dose not run right. some times if i rev it hard it wount catch idle and it dies
i have checked the wiring for the MAF to the ECU and they are not shorted and they get 5V
Boost is around 1400hPa
I have open the ECU and checked for burnt traces or anything nothing. the car is not tuned!
