Most important part to make sure you get is the plastic anchor that mounts into the back od the 2nd row backrest. it is difficult to remove and it is no longer available although it is worth checking around as there were different colors made and one in the wrong color may still be worth having and paint it with vinyl paint to match correct color option.

To remove the latch, I took a cold chisel and cut out the backrest around it to allow it to be carefully removed.

There was a whole seat assembly for sale in Vancouver on Craigslist a week ago, but will be expensive to ship. I shipped a full set of parts to NYC from Calgary a couple of years ago for about $120 in shipping.

You don't need to use a chisel or do anything destructive to remove the latch guide ("plastic anchor" piece). See this thread viewtopic.php?f=1&t=49056 and the instructions therein: push the plastic piece *downward* about 1/4 inch, and pull it out of the seat.

Also as per those instructions - to put the latch piece into a seat that shipped without one you cut the carpet in the same place (measure when you remove it if possible), the piece can then be installed.

Siggi. I have a set of third row in black leather from a 98 R that I have been trying to get rid of. The covers are mismatched, and I do not have the seatbelts for them. Came in a car that I parted out, and didn't have them in it. If you are interested, PM me. You may be able to swap the seats themselves into your existing cargo covers so they will match. I have access to a commercial UPS account to save on shipping. Located in CO.
