Annoying noise from spring washer rubbing the spring. Topic is solved

The washer holding the rear spring (looking like a small cup) holding the bottom end of the spring is rubbing against the spring. I’ve tried to fasten the bolt numerous times but the washer is always returning to the off center position where it is rubbing against the spring. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

The cup should have a protrusion on it which goes into a hole in the spring seat. If that’s gone it will migrate.

Probably not available new anymore.

Thanks! My doesn't have this protrusion. Ill try to screw in a suitable screw in from underneath.
