You are a awesome dad!!! The house is eerily quiet? I never shut the TV or the lights off since my nest became empty. Besides the Yorkie of course lol. June

P.S. After nearly 18 years my car is complete! I remembered to request the cigarette

lighter insert. Naturally I quit smoking this year after nearly 40 years... Baby is a nonsmoking automobile anyway

We went through an empty nest period and it was tough to get used to. Then we had a very lucky phase where both kids were back in town, very close by. One was undergrad living a mile away and we pretended to not see him or notice his car downtown - hard to be independent with your parents just down the street. The other was starting med school here and a sweet grandchild arrived. We had four generations in a 2 block area!

Now they have all moved on again, but we were more ready for it and have traveled to new cities to visit, which was fun.
