Differences in n/a 850 Throttlebodies? Topic is solved

Hmm I'll have to take the throttlebody off later today and see if maybe I was mistaken about the welds. Too bad i took the time to clean that new one instead of the old one :lol:

So it was epoxy after all, after some poking and prying i managed to get the old throttlebody disassembled. Ended up using the best parts from both throttlebodies and got the new shaved plate installed and man the throttle response was significantly improved. The car doesnt feel any stronger necessarily but it definitely feels quicker.

Thanks for the responses everyone, I look forward to making more progress with this car, namely that VVIS switch that user razorx created on the thread linked below.
N/A tuning 20V, VVIS, something diffirent.
