2012 XC 60 Phone delete and reset issues

Hi we have a 2012 XC 60. We had 3 or 4 phones paired to the system. A while ago one of the very old paired phones was broken (Galaxy S4)

I have tried to pair phones since and it is always searching for this phone. I cannot delete it thru the ways I have read and researched.

Oddly my I phone X max will play when I am the only device in the car, but it is not paired as such.
My phone was previously paired and under bluetooth settings still has the "My Volvo Car" in the devices.
When I attempt to pair other devices it says unable to pair ( despite bluetooth being on)

What I would like to do is clear all the previous phones including the broken S4 and then follow the pairing procedure again.

Is there a hard reset that I can do to achieve this or is this a consult the Volvo dealer issue.
