I have a 2011 Volvo XC70 with the position light failure message. Only LH front bulb inop. Bulb/socket/ground all check good. No voltage confirmed at plug.
The rear LH position light works.
The wiring diagram shows the power coming out of the CEM at C1:18.
I cannot find a fuse on the CEM for parking lights. Does anybody know its location?
Does anybody know which connector is C1 ? It would be worthwhile to cycle the plug.
Thanks!

I have the same recurring issue with a right rear position bulb on 2001 V70. Electrical grease helps for a while. Only wiggling the bulb a few times is a consistent short term fix.
On rereading, you have a power supply, not contact problem. Not much help here.

Does the CEM shut off power if the resistance/draw is not correct? Perhaps that is why I got no voltage?
