Piston rings
Specifically are the rings all the same regardless of what ever letter the piston is ( C,D,E ) ? I have my engine in the machine shop, and they will be ready for rings this week or next. I see that FCP has them, but just one size, which according to their page fits. But with only one option for rings listed, it got me worried. They sure don't seem readily available anywhere.

Ask FCP for tech help? Other engine brands have used the letter codes for a fine tolerance on piston size. If this is the case, the rings would still be the same as long as ring end gap was within tolerance.

^ That's what I believe / hope is the case here. I found a thread on another forum where in a reply it was stated that they use the same rings. But he referenced Vida, which doesn't apply to my year. I'll also see what the machine shop has to say about it.
