Hello - sorry for asking this in two places, but I thought perhaps it might be good to have it in it's own thread anyway.
I can get the CEM out of my XC70, but when I tried to remove the connector to clean it, I can't get it out. I loosed the bolt all the way and pulled like crazy, but it doesn't budge. When I heard a nasty 'crack' I quit. Posts tell you to 'pry' off the connector.
Can someone familiar with this explain how to pry this off. I'm paranoid I'm going to break this connector. What do you pry with? Where to pry? How do you remove yours? The bolt does not come completely out, correct? It remains in the connector plug....
Thanks! Hoping to get this done this weekend!

Make sure the bolt is undone as poking at the plug can sometimes cause the bolt to turn clockwise and catch a thread causing it to be stuck when you pry upwards. Any small flat blade screwdriver can pry the plug upward however be sure to go left and right of the plug so it's being pulled up evenly.

Hey! I know this is way late but for anyone else having this issue, if you take a pair of pliers and grab onto the bolt, you can carefully wiggle the connector out. All the videos I watched it comes out so easily lol. Hope this helps!
