2002 v70xc under hood fuse box

Hi everyone.
I need help removing the fuse box under the hood.
Mice or Chipmunks got to the wiring, not enough room to repair it with the fuse box there. ..

Does Anyone know how... I removed the under hood fuse box...????

Negative cable disconnected at battery, important

M8/ 14 mm hex remove two positive battery cables

M6 10mm hex bolts

One in front you already have out
Second one deep set into housing.

I got it... I believe this is why im getting the transmission faults/codes. There was so much gunk filling the hole under the positive cables I didn't see that bolt.
Yesterday she ran fine.
I'll let you know later...

maybe get some mint repellant rodent spray from amazon.

Ok emergency is over!
Problem fixed she stopped that transmission buzzing and shifts again. Damn mice or Chipmunks.
They got 3 wires, They didn't just chew though them They took some home!
Oh well wanna be silly and live in the country .
I do have rodent repellent spray I've gone through almost 32 oz since the start of summer when I seen a chipmunk drop down from under the car...
I'm glad it was that and not the VB solenoids.

Don’t forget to check your air box, they can set up shop in there, too.

Checked and sprayed with repellent inside and out...
Hope I can get though a season without wrenching on this car...
