Got exhaust manifold installed. RN head has the extra mount stud below the usual 10

Not sure if it's a RN head thing or not. Sveedy ( '96 turbo ) came with the same manifold with that bracket.
My manifold collection:

Top one is the original.
Middle is the R type I got till I could find,
Bottom " Japanifold ".

And I see that yours has the same cracking my original had.

Nope, not just an RN thing. All the early style manifolds have that additional bracket.
I have a Japanifold on my car.

Yep. The openings aren't circular so they look weird, but this is what I just measured:

Stock - apx. 55mm x 45mm
R - apx. 48mm x 52mm
Japainfold - apx. 58mm x 55mm
