On a FWD, is it ok to run slightly different sized tires mounted on 1" different wheels on the left and right side of the rear axles? I need to do this for 1-2 weeks, 200 miles, while my tire is in for a hole repair.
With only stub axles in the rear, they don't seem connected by any differential. I bet the speed sensors will have a fit, possibly triggering ABS. I could disconnect the ABS module if I'm desperate.

I would follow the recommendations on the spare tire which I think is 50 mph top speed limit if possible, but if it’s a slightly off size full rim, worry not about it.
