I would also be interested in relocating the old reflectors. I think I only have 1 set, possibly 2.

Depending on the cost i would be interested too. My high beams have lost a good amount of the chrome reflective material. In terms of lowbeams, a proper or budget project retrofit seems to have a lot more bang for your buck as the actual projector contains the chrome parts. Worst case scenario you can just replace the projector.

From my tests, the OEM volvo glass has better characteristics then aftermarket glass so keep that stuff safe.

Any news on this project? I have a few headlights I would consider doing as they are OE units not aftermarket.

Have any of you guys seen this product? Comes in brush and spray options but not cheap! Around $65 US a bottle!!

Well, I tried the spray approach and it isn’t bad, haven’t tested pattern yet

I am about to embark on my own solution on my P80 C70. First white is ~ 80% reflective. Going to paint the reflectors with Gloss White Appliance Epoxy. That should recover 80% and give a durable finish. Then I am going to replace the H7 Halogen Bulb bulbs with OXILAM 16000lm H7 LED Fanless Headlight Bulbs. These bulbs are said to be 5 times brighter then Halogen Bulbs. 80% X 500% = 400%.

Will it float ? .. going to find out.

I have the Oxilam LEDs for my high beams, and I'm not impressed. The bases are not well formed, and rock up and down in the housing.

Mine should be here next week. I will look into it. Perhaps they can be shimed with a large flat washer.

Is the light intensity as high as they claim?

Yes, They do really light up the road. In fact sometimes it's too bright when I'm driving through construction with lots of reflective barrels/markers everywhere.
