Why the rebuilt title status?

I agree the engine issue sounds minor (ignition? are there codes? fuel pressure sensor?), but do a glove test, check for chocolate milk etc.

i was just about to say price is reflective of the Title Status unless they didn't check that properly when posting the ad.
