The PCV is being put in next weekend by me along with the oil line o-rings. It's air pump is on the fritz and it throws that single code (on the CEL) indicating a problem with the air injection, you can hear the pumps worn bearings - they are gonna make an exit soon - but that's the only CEL code (relatively cheap and easy fix): https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/air_pu ... nt_850.php
The ABS light continues to come on and off intermittently - I have (literally) tested the brakes - when the light's NOT on the ABS functions - when it ison it doesn't...
The windshield is cracked. There are (nearly) all the service records since Nov. 2001
Car runs like a champ, transmission shifts perfectly, tires are excellent (see photos) timing belt done at 157k
I drove this car half way across the country - it is good to go anywhere!
I am sure criticisms about my price will be thought (and perhaps voiced ?!) - whatever - that's the price it's getting on craigslist (it is negotiable) so that's what is has here - it isn't going up on craigslist until next week - I thought I would offer it here first.
This is a great S 70 - here for the taking!
