virtual cluster - how to

i am trying to make a virtual cluster. OBD port doesnt seem to have access to fuel level. , or does it? any ideas, suggestions on how to make a virtual cluster?

If you have a mode 6 obd scanner you can get a feel for what info you can pull from the CAnbUs Lines, I think fuel level is in there?
