XC90 T6 has me baffled

I have a 2004 XC90 T6 2.9 bi-turbo I bought it last year had 4 bent valves, it sat for 3 months with no battery , so I did a rebuild, head was tried , all new gaskets. First start up ran rough with small exhaust leak , tried checking why it ran rough , after that nothing was out of place so I took a break when I got back it wouldn't start , no spark and fuel injectors with noid light wouldn't blink but would stay constant on with it plugged one way and nothing if plugged the other, rebuild was done to service manual specs, cannot figure it out, any input would be very appreciated

It’s common on sitting cars to get rodent wiring damage, any signs of leaves or nuts underneath the hood ?
