Vida CEM swapping

Good afternoon. Can anyone help me. I have a block cem H28024617 s/n00006139232. I'm trying to connect to it via M16C Flesher and can't read it. Can anyone suggest me how to fix the problem?

Fix your address map according to one in your CEM. You can find it in M32C datasheet.

VBFs have passwords to view them. I haven't looked through the 7zip archives yet to see if they need passwords. I can't open the 7zips on my phone, and I'm not near a computer right now.
