Ok just bought this volvo xc90 3.2. Anti skid service required light/dash message is on. Dstc on but when started dstc spin control off. Average speed doesn't go past 8mph, awd is not working I have voltage to the haldex/differential control module. But no voltage to the little oil pump back. None whatsoever ever. Got it stuck twice once and only the front wheel drive is working. There noise coming from the front right sound like a wheel bearing well its really loud going down the road/highway. Could that noise be a bearing or the awd system not functioning properly? Or could those little wheel speed sensors be causing all of this because then it wouldn't be sending out the signal to where ever to turn awd on or does that only come on if wheel slips or goes fa? ster than the other wheel.
SO IF YALL COULD HELP ME OUT PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK IS WRONG. And what needs to be fixed that be great 👍

The average speed msg doesn't go past 8 on the dash
