2016 S60 T5 Air Conditioner not cooling
I've read many articles and the few that I've found in here with my model car and wanted to know if the high pressure pressure port is the one that I use to Fill my AC with freon or coolant? I found out where it's located I just want to make sure cause I know working on Volvo's is and can be a very expensive venture if not knowledgeable

You always fill on the suction side which is the low side. The high side is for pressure readings during testing. I don't believe you can find a DYI fill kit at an auto parts store with a high side hose. Regardless, never fill on the high side. Refrigerant is for the AC system while coolant is for the engine radiator.
Best to have someone with knowledge, equipment and good set of gauges to test and refill. An understanding and ability to read the R134a Pressure Enthalpy Chart would also be helpful so you know how much to fill for your ambient temperature.

The oil change shop dude is capable of causing a permanent damage -- use MVS referral in your area.
