Hi there - 2010 XC60 T6 with 289 000km (179k miles). I have recently noticed what I can best describe as a creaking noise that comes from behind the driver seat. I can only hear it when under load accelerating or climbing a hill. It gets worse if in higher gears (4-5) and when towing my trailer. There is no vibration or odd tire wear. I have new trailing arm bushings, sway bar bushings, end-link bushings. All other control arms appear solid. I am thinking driver CV or wheel bearing - hoping that someone has had the same problem to share before I pull the trigger on the parts cannon.

XC60 rear creaking noise
What did you find with your squeak? I had my new to me 212 XC60 T6 to a volvo mechanic to identify several rattles and squeaks and they found the sway bar bushings are shot. I want to replace those as well as the links. I have seen other forums comments that the upgraded front and rear sway bar improves the handling and maybe that is the way to go?
