Bi-Xenon 2004 XC70

Post by bjornas »

Hi!
I`ve just replaced the old headlamps on my 2004 XC70 with a pair of stock Bi-Xenon lamps. I did also install the rear-axle headlamp position sensor from the same donor car that I was taking the lamps from (2004 model)
It all seem to turn out very well, but I have a problem with calibrating the sensor mention above. When I start calibration in Vida it reports “Operation failed” and the headlights doesn`t move up/down when I manually pushes the lever on the sensor….
Since the car wasn`t equipped with Bi-Xenon for the start, do I have to activate this function somewhere?
When I use Vida and watching the REM parameter, the headlamp position sensor moves from 0,5 – 4.5V when I push the lever…
Does anyone have any suggestion what to do?
