Has anyone had this problem?...
XC70 fuel pump is leaking from the top of the yellow housing where there is a round piece with a cross in the middle. Looks like it's where the fuel return connects.
Please see photo attached...
Wondering if anyone has a fix that doesn't involve replacing the whole pump?

If I remember well, this was a recall in hot areas and yours seems to be one of them. I think someone also tried some super glue, it may or not work. it's better to just replace the pump if Volvo doesn't want to pay for it

As above that JB Weld will button it up nicely.

I personally don't mess with JB Weld in this area b/c of safety issue.

I had the same experience, coincidentally right after I did the PCV breather system. Presumed it was a leak from an injector or the main fuel line.
Cleaned out the dirt and gunk, sanded the plastic area with 100 grit on the end of a small flathead screwdriver. JB Welded, 24 hr cure. No leaks or smells. Fingers crossed.
