Doug: 40 years ago this week I bought my first Volvo, a 1982 242 DL. The base model with a/c as the only option. Manual trans, hand crank windows, cloth seats. Yes! The first thing I did after bringing it home was to get a kick ass stereo for it. Bought it at Nils Sefeldt Volvo in Houston TX. Nils was the first person to import Volvos to the US back in the 1950s.
