Matt, thanks for sending out the newsletter email today. (I think MVS is probably the only place I wish I received more emails from!) Absolutely heartbreaking, I'm glad I was able to donate something.

Robert just posted another Y/T vid; he's struggling to pay the Mortuary service so he can bring Dianne home, and there seemed to be a hickup in getting donated funds released. In a text exchange with him the other day he said his target was to try to leave Vegas Thursday; a message I sent this morning hasn't been answered yet. I would imagine he has his hands full.

While I did hit the GFM account early to get it going, I've sent a couple gifts using PayPal, partially for this very reason. I made it a point to use the 'Friends and Family' box, and put 'Gift' in the memo line.
Robert certainly has his hands full with logistics at the moment, and as he mentioned a couple times, it was Dianne who helped keep him focused.

It's a HUGE loss to lose someone that close to you it feels like the world is ending. I hate to see anyone go though such an ordeal i dont think there is anyone who deserves that especially good people like Robert. I wish words could do more sometimes the only thing we have to look forward to is that we will all be there someday as poor as a solution as that is.

I’ve been driving a Volvo long before anyone ever paid me to drive one.

Man those financial systems seem to be doing a great job of holding onto money that is not theirs and making interest that I am sure they return to the rightful owner of the money.................!!
A huge chunk of the Canadian financial systems was down on Friday due to a total outage of Rodgers system. It took out all debit transactions other than within your bank and banking machines. No debit transfers, many of the credit card companies also had issues with transactions. That however does not sound like the issues Robert was having. Really kick a guy who is down why not!! Seriously.
Hopefully they can get to Dianne to rest soon.

Got a text from Robert this morning, he thinks most of the issues in Las Vegas have been resolved, and is mostly waiting on logistics so he can bring Dianne home.
Update on his ride, stranded in Vegas.
I wonder if having more subscribers to his channel would help monetize his content, or change the credit schedule based on views of each video ? Maybe somebody with better knowledge of the platform could let us know; meanwhile, having the subscriber number go up would give him a mental grin. I'm sure he could use it.
