My cat brings me mice...

But he's an indoor cat, and we've got no mice around, so the mice he brings are toys. He leaves them at my bedside. How cool is that?

After there are three or four I spread them around the house and we start over.

He's a 2-year-old tuxedo, base model. About 12 pounds. Really sweet cat.

I have to keep these welcome mats in the house because the other cat will rip the rugs to bits if she doesn't have these to sharpen her claws.

Slow motion fetch. It takes a day or two to get the mice to my bedside. Typical cat.

Heheh cute cat. My Grandma had a fat black/white apartment cat. She brought it to the summer house and it used to come home in the morning with a blood dripping mouse it dropped on the kitchen floor. Proud as can be

We lost a cat and a dog during Covid and I still miss them. The big Ginger still wakes up with me to listen to birds at 0400–0500

Our pets aren’t allowed on the furniture….
