Engine / Trans knock - 2003 XC90 2.5t

I will post a brief video of the knock. I also have access to vida2013a if you need any additional info or tests for me to run.

Real quick, the knocking kind of started out of the blue. It seems the worst at lower rpms and you basically can't hear it above 1000rpms. The car drives fine so it is quite strange. I can likely fix anything but just looking for some ideas before I start disassembly. Any ideas of what it could be would be appreciated.
