I will. I just went out and took some pictures. I’m going to do my write up offline so I can copy and paste it to the ad. I’ll probably post it tomorrow night. I’ll wait a week or two before I put it on CL.

I'm hoping someone from here will either buy my S60 or know someone that will. I haven't posted it anywhere else, and I don't really want to use Craigslist.

Good luck with your sale Don.

the exhaust battle continues.
flange repair seems ok but i can hear noise from the flex pipe area, may have to get a new downpipe with cat.

So, I just found the leak at the welds holding the mounting brackets to the cat converter.
I might try cleaning and splattering red RTV but the welds are cracking.

I can't find a new downpipe catalytic converter downpipe on FCP or IPD.
Are they NLA ?

I remember reading about a performance exhaust supplier that provided quality aftermarket replacements for our cars… driving me nuts trying to remember !

switching from pressure to vacuum, hopefully to draw the muffler cement into the hole a bit.
Otherwise I'll try pulling the system out and tig weld it on the bench.
If that fails i'm done fixing. ....time to start buying.
i'll know in 24 hrs,

Finally found it! I remember seeing a lot of posts a while ago about OBX exhaust being a good replacement. Unfortunately I have no idea how you would procure one of these nor if it’s compatible with yours. Link:

Also reading good things about 8eightfab, but looks pricy.

I see lots of cat’s on rockauto. I imagine you just don’t trust the quality there ?

$849.95 https://www.snabb.us/3-High-Flow-Cat-Do ... p_320.html I got it for $495 3 years ago, wow.

If you need a catback, too - don't buy from Snabb web site. It's a Jetex made in Poland, poorly made. For the same money you can get Volvo catback, which is of the finest quality.

Snabb downpipe is very good.
