O ring master thread says 20x2.3mm for heater core o rings.

Will dig some more.
300 microns of width difference wont alter function. 20x2 will seal fine. I didnt report the error when i made those measurements either.

Sometimes Skandix in Germany reports actual o-ring sizes so maybe put that part number into their engine and see what it says?

Edit...
I asked my ac specialist and he said that i should not use ac o rings for heater core pipes.

This is a big job but I did it over the course of a day. It's doable. I even pumped it down and recharged myself. Years later still going cold, although my clutch on my ac condenser is going bad.

You can use AC orings, which are HNBR material, in standard applications but not the reverse.

The”h’ makes them more resistant to the refrigerant and oil inthe AC

He will check if he have the ones i need...i sent him a picture of o ring you posted here.
Still waiting for evaporator price and availability.

Volvo part # 3545586 doesn't show anything at most car parts shop.
Volvo dealer responded today and said that they don't have them in stock but can arrive in 15(working)days.
I guess that i'll need to wait for it since i have no other choice.. unless my ac specialist finds them for me.

Nissens Ac evaporator and heater matrix ordered today.

Evaporator should arrive in Monday and heater matrix in about two weeks since they don't have it in stock currently.

I thought it's a good idea to replace the matrix too since whole dashboard needs to come out anyway and it's still original.

Allready got volvo o rings from dealership for heater matrix(last year  ) and i wonder if they are needed with Nissens.

I just didn't had time to complete this job last summer...but not having working ac in 45 degrees Celsius weather is insane.

Don’t be afraid to Dremel off the evaporator snouts rather than fighting the springs.

Much easier to remove short snout piece on bench.

Warning. The hard pipe goes deep into the evap so make sure you cut as close to firewall as you csn
