Had a coolant leak from the turbo coolant inlet hose. Once I had the old hose off I could see the turbo inlet pipe had a huge hole in it. Looks like Volvo put the hose clamp on way too tight and cracked the pipe and it's been wearing away for the last 24 years.
Anyway, I can't seem to find the part number for this pipe anywhere. Anyone have suggestions where I can look? Or do I have to try and find a junk yard? Or possibly is there a way to repair it? I'm half considering just putting the new hose clamp on the other side of the hole and rolling with it.

Seems to be a common rust spot on those pipes. The one on my 99 wasn't rotted out but it is heavily rusted in that same area. I have one I pulled out of 2004 C70. It has rust in that area also but not rotted out. Will that one from the c70 work? if interested, send me a pm and I'll send pics.
It's blowby

I finally found the part number, it's 1397793. Found a listing for a new one for $33 so I think I'll just bite the bullet unless they can't get it to me in a reasonable amount of time. Really appreciate the offer though and will definitely take you up on it if this vendor doesn't come through.
Cheers
