So despite what I read I bought a set of FEQ axles from FCP. Passenger side axle was a snap. Then to the driver side. Everything was going fine. Installed the end into the tranny and as I was manuvering the axle into the hub I noticed the Inner boot was stretching like a mofo! The axle I took out when you pull on it, it hits some sort of internal stop and pushes back in. The FEQ axle will pull all the way out and then won't go back in unless you manuever it back into the center position. If I were to make a hard left turn the axle seems like it would get stuck in that position. Kinda frustrating.
Now I'm wondering how the f i'm going to get it back off the car because If I pull on the axle the boot is going to tear.
